Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. West Indian Groceries reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. Whilst using this site you are responsible for all activities and any orders placed under your account and password. You are also expected to pay for any items purchased under your account and password. West Indian Groceries reserves the right to terminate your account and cancelling of orders is at their sole discretion.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error West Indian Groceries shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If the product has already been paid for West Indian Groceries shall immediately issue a credit.
